Adrian Wen, B.Comm
Director of Operation
Adrian Wen holds a degree in B.Comm Business Management. He began his career in the trucking industry working as a dispatcher at a local delivery company. Later, at Lulu Lemon's logistics division, his responsibilities were organizing Canadian imports and exports.
After joining 18 Wheels Logistics as freight coordinator, his initial responsibility was providing logistics services to key accounts. He did this so well he was then promoted to Sales Manager, and eventually to Director of Distributions in 2012. As a result of the organic growth of the company, Adrian's role expanded along with his responsibilities and now serves as a company executive.
Michael Kotendzhi, BCOMM, T.Log, SCMP, CIFFA
Director of Transportation
Michael completed his studies majoring in transportation and logistics at the Sauder School of Business, UBC.
He started his career at Kelron Logistics, one of Canada's leading logistics companies. Michael's dynamic experience involves supply chain management, reverse logistics and domestic transportation. After his time at Kelron Logistics, he moved on to operating the logistics division at Vitalus Canada where he gained expertise and experience from a client's point of view.
Michael joined 18 Wheels Logistics as an import and export coordinator for Ocean Freight and Drayage. He moved on to become Manager of Logistics in 2013 and today is the Director of Transportation. Michael is responsible for operations across North America, and helps our customers meet their goals on a daily basis.
Vice President of Sales
Richard Freedhoff joins 18 Wheels Logistics with a mandate to drive the growth of our warehouse business. He has been selling products and services to retail, wholesale and manufacturing companies for more than 20 years. His focus and passion revolve around providing a world class customer experience in the distribution, warehousing and transportation space.
At his recent tenure at FLS Transportation Services, Richard led the sales team at their Oakville branch. At SupremeX, Canada's largest packaging and mail products manufacturer, Richard led the packaging sales team in Canada and the US as Senior Manager of Business Development, acquiring significant new clients in the manufacturing, retail, ecommerce, wholesale sectors.
Previously, Richard was the Director of Business Development at Remco a leading provider of transportation and distribution services, growing and acquiring large accounts of retailers and wholesalers. He also served as President of a consulting firm, providing strategic revenue generation growth advice for B2B and B2C clients. As Senior VP of Sales and Marketing and COO at Hip Interactive a multi-media and gaming company he was instrumental in growing the business exponentially to a half a billion dollars.

Jacob comes with over 15 years experience in the trucking and warehousing industry. He managed and operated a full service 3PL warehouse and trucking firm in Western Canada. Jacob plays an important role in helping 18 Wheels run an efficient operation which allows us to provide superior service to our customers.
