18 Wheels Logistics was founded in 1989.
In 2012, Michael Kotendzhi and Adrian Wen joined the team. Adrian focused on the 'customer first' experience to ensure that customers received exceptional service. Michael Kotendzhi created standardized processes to increase efficiency within the organization. To date, the company has grown to provide distribution and transportation services from a 400,000 square foot warehouse space.
2016 is an exciting year for 18 Wheels Logistics as we look to implement a "kaizen*" strategy of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
*Kaizen - (Continuous Improvement) is a strategy where employees at all levels of a company work together proactively to achieve regular, incremental improvements to the manufacturing process. In a sense, it combines the collective talents within a company to create a powerful engine for improvement.
